Identify expensive uncertainty early
A draft can fail because the script is wrong, the voice is unsuitable, the visual is misleading or the frame does not fit the destination. Those are different uncertainties. Resolve factual wording and asset permission before generation where possible. Do not create ten variants just to discover that the subject owner wants a different message. The most useful saving may come from an earlier decision rather than a cheaper generation model.
Keep corrections small but complete
When a sentence changes, inspect the associated voice, caption, visual and later references. A local edit is not finished if an on-screen number still contradicts the corrected narration. Conversely, do not regenerate the whole project by habit when the supported workflow allows a smaller change. Consult the current product behavior and charge display rather than assuming that every preview, edit or export has the same cost.
Use scenarios instead of a fake average
Without your own production history, there is no defensible universal correction percentage. Model a first-pass case and a case with a specified amount of reworked narration or visual generation. Label both as assumptions. After real projects, record the operations that actually repeated and why. That can inform a later budget without pretending that a small pilot predicts all future subjects, languages or reviewers.
A revision plan for one fictional scene
Imagine scene B3 names an appointment deadline. The owner has not approved the date, so hold narration for that scene while finalizing the rest of the script. Once approved, update the spoken line, graphic and caption together, then export the reviewed version. If the date changes after publication, follow the version record to every destination. This example reduces avoidable rework through a clear dependency; it is not a claim that Fliki supports a particular approval automation or guarantees free edits.
