Begin with a small production ledger
List the operations your brief actually needs: narration, any generated images or motion, revisions and exports. Keep a separate line for each operation whose unit differs. A per-second visual rate must not be multiplied as though it were per minute. The official Fliki guide documents multiple charging categories; our planning model does not attempt to reproduce its entire billing system or certify what a particular account will be charged.
Use rates you can verify
Our worksheet takes a narration duration, a current voice rate, expected extra narration work, an export count and a current export rate. It deliberately excludes generated visuals, avatars, workflow-start charges, translation, music and other operations. A partial estimate is useful only when those omissions remain visible. Blank fields mean unknown, not free. Check the merchant’s current quote or usage view before relying on a scenario for a purchase.
Separate consumption from cash
Credits used and money paid are different quantities. A subscription may include an allowance, but an unused balance is not automatically refundable cash or a reduction in the next bill. Likewise, a remaining allowance does not prove that an additional feature is included. Record the billing commitment separately from estimated consumption. If documentation conflicts on renewal, top-ups or rollover, preserve the uncertainty instead of constructing a precise-looking but unsupported total.
Work through a fictional partial estimate
Suppose a purely illustrative plan contains three narration minutes at an entered rate of 0.5 credits per minute, one additional minute of corrected narration and two exports at an entered 0.1 credits per minute. The partial calculation is 2.6 credits. These are example inputs, not a quote or complete Fliki project cost. Add any omitted operations separately and compare the result with an actual account allowance. The worksheet never contacts the merchant or saves your entries.
