Find out what correct actually sounds like

A fictional tutorial refers to version 2.10. The writer must decide whether that means “two point ten” rather than a decimal or a date, then verify the spoken result against the intended software version. The on-screen label should retain the actual version notation. Record the correction method for later updates.
